OUR VISIONARY
Dr. Alejandro Wilfredo D. Clemente has a PhD in Management Development and served as a Director of several United Nations, related bodies like, United Nations Transnational Corp., United Nations Educational Scientific & Cultural Organization and United Nations Industrial Development Organization., He taught at top universities in USA and the Philippines. A banker, who served on the board of banks in the USA and in the Philippines, he supports assistance to micro-enterprises. Father of the Cooperative Movement in DECS, he also supports improving the standard of living of Filipino workers, including overseas contract workers. He was instrumental in the designing of plans to assure their future by giving them access to high-yield investment funds to increase the interest income of their hard earned money. He wishes that by the time they retire, they will have capital for their additional livelihood. He was a co-founder of the Technological Livelihood and Research Center (TLRC). He envisions the First Country Group of Companies to play a major role in economic development and to contribute to contribute to the progress of our country.
